− Siamo stati senza acqua calda. Il secondo giorno è venuto il tecnico dicendo che avrebbe cambiato il pezzo il 3 giorno e invece la caldaia è rimasta smontata tutta la nostra permanenza. Non potevamo fare la doccia che era solo acqua fredda e i termosifoni non funzionavano. Davvero un grosso peccato. Assistenza non efficiente.

2.0The only good thing about this property is its location, since it is located in the Barrio Eixample its very practical to see the main attractions.
− Where do I begin? Elevator Does not work. There is no hot water service for the shower. The second room's mattress is very uncomfortable. The neighbors upstairs are very noisy even after 11 pm. Key delivery is still manual, someone has to come to open for you and despite the constant communication with the host in advance, she managed to make us wait nearly 20 minutes outside the property. Unfortunately for us, we had a bad experience, the support team did not offer any solutions, and from previous reviews the issues I described have not been solved. The price was too expensive for the service they delivered.

7.0Die Lage. Geräumig. Die spielenden Kinder vom Kindergarten nebenan waren im Rahmen.
− Das Bett vom Ausziehsofa war nicht gemacht. Es waren deutliche Spuren vom letzten Gast zu sehen!

6.0− Limpeza não estava em condições, havia cabelos de outros hospedes no chão. Edredons estavam sujos. Serviços: só 1 rolo papel higiénico para o período e para todos os hospedes, não havia gel de banho (apenas forneceram 1 pacote com amenities para uma pessoa) Água quente: tinha de se ligar o aquecimento central para a água ficar quente, senão a caldeira não aquecia a água das torneiras.
