Apartamento a menos de 50 metros da ponte vecchio muito bem localizado. Dois quartos muitos bons e dois banheiros excelentes. Todas comodidades presentes. Excelente escolha. Para nós que estamos fazendo um tour pela Itália foi sem dúvida o melhor apartamento locado

Location was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and it was super clean

− It was a bit hard to find initially and it would have been good to get clearer instructions about the actual location. They need to provide a kettle, some more glasses as well as wine glasses and a small coffee table. A small clothes horse to dry clothes and some hooks in the bathroom.

Ideal location. Staying in the Santa Spirito area is just outside the crowded madness but close enough to walk to all the major sites. Unit is on 4th floor and high enough above street to allow for quiet inside. Well appointed and nice interior.

− It was not 100% apparent from the photos but there is no real common area to sit. The love-seat is in the kitchen, and the TV is placed above the microwave. Not really a problem since we were not there to watch TV but it was a bit odd. Also, there is a surprising lack of counter space in the baths and no hooks or bars for wet towels. So if there are a group of you, this could be a point of annoyance. All minor points but for the money, they may want to invest in some bath upgrades.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Would happily return. Convenient central location.

This apartment is great and would definitely rent it again. The location is very central in Oltrarno neighborhood. Apartment is on the 5th floor with windows over the street. Building has an elevator. Small kitchen equipped with basic supplies. Grocery store is nearby. We slept well as neighborhood quiets down at night. Bed is comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well appointed. Air conditioner in each room so we could cool our bedroom for comfortable sleep. Wifi worked well. Washer/dryer in unit so did all our laundry from first part of our trip. Easy walk to all major sites within Florence. Excellent restaurants nearby.

− Make sure you have the code for the gate to the exterior alley as we were locked out after late dinners. It seems to close just after 11 pm but we had been told it closed at 1 am so got locked out one night. It was a bit tricky meeting the person who gave us the keys as we arrived by train and were not sure how long it would take us to get to the apartment. Take a taxi because it is a tough walk with luggage due to cobblestone streets and narrow, crowded sidewalks.
