Ehemalige Luxus-Datsche mit Geruchsproblem
4.0Die Gastgeberin ist sehr, sehr freundlich. Vorab oder spätestens bei der Ankunft gab es eine telefonische Einweisung in alle Besonderheiten. Wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt, ist sie (nach eigener Aussage) 24 Stunden erreichbar.
− Als Geschichtsinteressierter sehe ich die Ursprünge der Anlage: elitär-luxuriose Datsche am Steilhang mitten im Wald mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Das hatten zu DDR-Zeiten nur wenige. Leider sind der Zugang und die Nachbargrundstücke seit der Wende stark verfallen und verwahrlost. Der Treppe sieht man die vergangenen Jahrzehnte an, es wurde nie etwas daran saniert. Das Objekt an sich ist liebevoll und individuell eingereicht - es hat einen ganz eigenen alternativen Charme. Allerdings scheint am Gebäude eine Drainage zu fehlen, sodass alle Wände innen wahrscheinlich komplett nass sind. Anders ist der extreme nass-muffige Geruch in allen Räumen nicht zu erklären. Es riecht wie eine Mischung aus nassem Keller und DDR-Datsche. (Wir waren nur wenige Stunden im Haus, da wir aufgrund einer Hochzeit eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit brauchten). Mich wundert, dass viele Rezensionen die Treppe thematisieren, aber niemand den beißenden Kellergeruch ...

10.0Sehr nette, freundliche und gesellige Gastgeber, sehr gemütliches Haus mit Terrasse, das Haus verfügt über alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Gemütlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Natur, Ruhe – das sind sehr wichtige Eigenschaften.
