the apartment was clean and comfortable.

− The procedure for getting access instruction was poorly communicated ahead of time and the response time was less than adequate. It would not have been difficult to check identification 24hrs prior to accessing the property (a process which was never communicated as necessary by the host) and then to send access instructions 1-2 hrs before the scheduled access time requested. Since there is no staff on site the response time was very slow and we were left waiting in the cold for more than half an hour before all the issues with ID were resolved. Although the flat itself was fine, the entrance hallway was in a bad state with clear damp damage in the communal staircase (not smelling very nice either). Additionally the kitchen was poorly stocked with not enough plates and cutlery and some of the plates were chipped.

Location was perfect for our needs, as it was Christmas parking was good. All facilities were good and comfortable home from home

− Was cancelled on the morning of our travel by the host, when we were already travelling. Never got to stay, spent 4 hours trying to find alternative Accommodation while traveling, stressful day as this was an expensive trip for me and my son.
