− El aire acondicionado. el hotel tiene políticas de conservación del medio ambiente, solo se prende si hay más de tres personas en el alojamiento. Me gustaría brindaran el servicio de plancha

6.0We had A/C and that they had a kitchen
− Staff wasn't friendly and not helpful at all with informations. Also you had to text the staff to unlock the door if you wanted to go out and it took them very long to respond. The light in the bathroom didn't work
