9.0Studios petits mais confortables et bien équipés (notamment machine à laver le linge, rare en Bulgarie) Emplacement parfaite à deux pas du vieux Nesebar et de la plage et du parking municipal Excellente communication avec le propriétaire
− Piscine un peu petite, manque de transat surtout que le sport national des résidents est de réserver les transats ou d'envoyer leurs enfants de 6 ans le faire dès 8h du matin Résidents très malpolis et sales à la piscine

− Shower is with boiler. Until the first person was done, the second had to use cold water.
Great holiday at Nesebar!
10.0Everything was excellent! The location is just 3 minutes from the beach, within waking distance (less than 1 km) from the old city and about 500 m from the new city center. If somebody doesn't want to go to the beach, there is a swimming pool as an option. The studio is fully equipped with everything necessary, is very clean, really quiet (which was a very nice surprise!) and the host, Mr. Grigori, was very kind and willing to help and support whenever was necessary.
