Препоръчвам на 100%, домакина ни чакаше преди настаняването, много любезна и лъчезарна жена. Разведени в имота и ни обясни къде какво можем да намерим. Градчето е много тихо и приятно. Плажът е на една крачка от апартамента. Бихме се върнали отново.

La casa grande e ben esposta. Pulita e attrezzata. Monia gentilissima. Vicino alla spiaggia. Unico difetto a 10 m dalla ferrovia con passaggi frequenti di treni ad alta velocità che stordivano. Marotta è adatta per famiglie con bambini e anziani. Pochissimi locali, e totale assenza della tipica via lungomare con negozi di gadget e abbigliamento . Insomma un po' un mortorio a livello di svago. 😅

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln.

+ sehr geräumig für 4 Personen + neue Elektrogeräte/ Waschmaschine, Bad neu + umlaufender großer Balkon + Verbrauchsmittel (Zewa, Klopa, Mülleimertüten, Putzmittel; Salz, Pfeffer etc.) reichlich vorhanden + problemlose, freundliche Übergabe durch Verwalterin Monia + sehr nahe zum Sandstrand
− - Lärmbelastung durch Bahnlinie und Schnellstraße SS16 direkt hinter dem Haus; Fenster aktuell nur mit Einfachverglasung - das soll sich lt. Verwalterin aber ändern - Parkplätze sind zwar vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden, im Sommer aber gebührenpflichtig (35 Euro die Woche) - Matratze im Doppelbett Eltern sehr hart - zeitweilig unangenehmer Geruch aus Duschabflusss

La ricca fornitura di prodotti per cucinare (olio, sale, zucchero...) e di prodotti per pulizie. La possibilità di avere la biancheria da bagno e le lenzuola.
