5.0− The rooms are tiny. Barely any space to walk also. No carpets. Bathroom not adequately supplied. Rooms too high. No elevator

− Cost of food. It was costlier than metropolitan city restaurants. Taste was good. But highly priced. That too in a area where others are providing food at very low price
