Centrale en toch rustige (niet bij herrie cafés) ligging in het oude centrum. Airco werkt goed. Prima bed.

− Weinig stopcontacten. Wastafelkraan in de badkamer erg krap.

La ubicación cerca tanto de la estación de trenes como del centro turístico de la ciudad.

− La cama que se encontraba en un espacio superior. Las escaleras para acceder a ella eran incómodas.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the city! The room and the decoration is modern and exactly what we were looking for.

− I would recommend to put a sign on the street with the name of the suites because it’s very difficult to understand that the entrance is the same with a restaurant. They give you a video to see but you are still confused cause you see the tables of the restaurant. Also the check in could be earlier. It’s very late for travellers, like you have the half day there.

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 주요 관광지와 아주 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 2층에 모든 숙소가 위치하고 있어서 짐을 옮기기에 수월했습니다. 앱을 이용한 체크인 방법이 쉬웠어요. The location was excellent; it is very close to major tourist attractions. Since all the units are located on the first floor, moving luggage was easy. The app-based check-in process was simple.

− 1. 에어컨이 아닌 날이 없는 선풍기가 있음. 날씨가 많이 더웠는데 창문을 닫은 채로 선풍기만 틀기에는 너무너무 더웠음. 창문에 방충망이 없었음에도 열고 자야만 했음. 밖이 오히려 더 시원했음. 에어컨이 아닌 사진과 같은 선풍기를 구비했다는 것을 반드시 명시해야만 함. 2. 화장실이 방과 분리되어 있음. 화장실로 가기 위해서는 방을 열쇠로 잠근 후, 복도를 거쳐서 화장실에 들어가야 했음. 화장실은 내 방 전용이긴 하였으나, 내 방을 잠그고 화장실을 열고 다시 문을 잠그기까지 세번 열쇠를 써야 하는 것이 번거로움. 화장실이 분리되어 있다는 것이 설명에 없었음 3. 미리 명시되어 있긴 하지만 체크인 시간이 너무 늦고, 체크아웃 시간이 너무 빠름. 시간을 조절하기 위해서는 앱에서 추가 결제를 해야 함. 무료로 시간 조정을 하기 것은 불가능함. 4. 미리 도시에 도착했더라도 짐을 보관하는 것은 불가능함. 앱을 통한 체크인은 정확히 체크인 시간이 되어서야만 열리기 때문임. 체크인하는 날에는 체크인시간보다 더 빨리 도착했고, 체크아웃날에는 더 늦게 다른 곳으로 이동했기에 2일 모두 사설 짐보관소에 짐을 맡겨서 이용하였음. 만약 리셉션에 사람이 상주하는 곳이었다면 이런 추가적인 비용은 발생하지 않았을 것임. 하지만 사설 짐보관소를 이용하는 것이, 앱에서 얼리 체크인 또는 레이트 체크아웃을 추가구매하는 것보다 훨씬 저렴했음. 시간도 더 넉넉하였고.. 5. 앱을 통해서 24시간 채팅 상담이 가능하다고 하였으나, AI가 답변하는 채팅임. 별 도움이 되지는 않음. 만약 실제로 긴급한 이슈가 있어서 직원과 연락을 해야하는 경우가 있다면 전화가 나을듯 싶음.(실제로 어떻게 연락해야되는지는 알 수가 없음)
