Una villa nella tranquillità e nel silenzio

La casa è immersa nella quiete. Ha due giardini, quello sul retro garantisce una perfetta privacy. C'è inoltre un barbecue in muratura (noi non l'abbiamo utilizzato). Ci sono diverse stanze (ottimi materassi nelle 2 utilizzate). La posizione è ottima come base di partenza per esplorare i dintorni pur rimanendo lontani dalla calca; ovviamente considerata la vastità della zona bisogna mettere in conto gli spostamenti in auto. Si possono raggiungere con poco più di mezz'ora diverse spiagge. Il borgo di Scansano è molto grazioso e dotato dei principali servizi. Un'esperienza OTTIMA!

la posizione tranquilla della villa....punto forte il giardino esterno con tavolo sedie e barbecue.......parcheggio all'interno della struttura.......

− la scarsa pulizia in generale......che non dipende dal proprietario che vive a Roma....ma dalla persona di cui si affida per fare le pulizie.......nell'extra è inclusa una bottiglia di vino......ma ovviamente non cè traccia....
