− Could have been cleaner. Few repairs needed such as shower screen seal, hand towel holder, bathroom flooring.

6.0Brilliant building in a brilliant location. Easy to park. Easy access. Good comms with proprietar.
− Generally clean, but not very clean. Sofa-bed uncomfortable- was the mattress missing? Prepared to pay the price, but would have expected cleaner before judging it value for money.
It was ok. Decent size and accommodated 4 adults. However, generally a bit tired and shower broken

It was good for a short stay.
7.0Spacious with good parking. It was ideal overnight accommodation for our purposes.
− A lack of some equipment: no hairdryer and in the kitchen there was insufficient cooking equipment especially for the microwave oven; additionally there was no bread knife. The plumbing elsewhere in the building was somewhat noisy.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
