Lage super zentral, unkompliziertes Beziehen. Freundlicher Kontakt.
− Küchenausstattung war nicht zum kochen geeignet, nur zum Brotschmieren. Hocker und Hochtisch sollten gegen einen kleinen tisch mit Stühlen getauscht werden. Kein Geschirrschwamm und kaum Kochutensilien vorhanden.
