− تجربة سيئة جداً ولا أنصح بها إطلاقاً. تفاصيل المشاكل: • الشقة على الشارع مباشرة والإزعاج مستمر، وكأنك نائم على الرصيف. • لا توجد ستائر معتمة (بلاك أوت)، ومع شروق الشمس يستحيل النوم. • السرير غير مريح إطلاقاً، والأثاث قديم جداً ومهترئ، وجلسة الصالة غير مريحة بتاتاً. • المطبخ رائحته سيئة، والقبو رائحته كريهة. • الغسالة والمكواة في القبو ومشتركة مع جميع السكان وليست خاصة بالشقة، ولم يُذكر ذلك في الإعلان، والغسالة أصلاً لا تعمل. • ذباب في كل مكان بسبب وجود سماد بقر على بعد 10 أمتار فقط من السكن، ورائحته لا تُحتمل خاصة عند المطر. • مشكلة أمنية خطيرة: البلكونة المفترض أنها خاصة بي لها باب مفتوح على الدرج ويستطيع أي شخص دخولها. • باب الشقة به فراغ كبير يمكّن أي شخص من إدخال يده وفتح القفل من الخارج، ولا يوجد مزلاج، والباب عليه زجاج شفاف يكشف داخل الشقة بالكامل. • تعليمات الدخول غير واضحة وغير صحيحة، وطريقة الدخول معقدة بلا داعٍ. • المالك لا يرد على الاستفسارات ويتجاهل الرسائل، ويكثر من الإحالة إلى مواقع خارجية غير بوكينق. • الشقة قديمة جداً والمشي فيها يصدر أصواتاً مزعجة. • باختصار: الشقة لا تصلح للسكن الآدمي. للأسف كان الحجز مدفوعاً وغير قابل للاسترداد وهذا السبب الوحيد لعدم مغادرتنا. Terrible experience. I strongly advise against booking this place. Details: • The apartment faces the street directly with constant noise — it felt like sleeping on the sidewalk. • No blackout curtains; sleep becomes impossible at sunrise. • The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the furniture is very old and worn out, and the living room seating is unbearable. • Bad smell in the kitchen, and a foul odor in the basement. • The washing machine and iron are in the basement, shared with all residents — not private to the apartment as implied. This was never disclosed, and the washing machine doesn’t even work. • Flies everywhere due to cow manure located only 10 meters from the property, with an unbearable smell especially when it rains. • Serious security issue: the balcony, supposedly private, has a door open to the shared staircase — anyone can enter it.

Great sized apartment, dated decor but lovely comfortable beds.

Good size apartment, with good facilities. Comfortable beds and nice and clean.

− Door to the apartment wasn’t very secure and let lots of noise in and out. Quite dated but comfortable and clean.
