10.0The apartment we stayed in was very good, clean and comfortable, with everything provided for, even down to beach chairs ans an parasol. The air conditioning was most welcome. Sandra was a lovely host, all instructions very clear and easy to follow.
− Unfortunately, when we arrived the lift was not working, as we were on the sixth floor, we had to carry our luggage all the way up. I am a 73 year old lady, there was not offer of help from the staff. Also the main swimming pool, was not available, there was a smaller pool but my newphew, was bitterly disappointed about the main pool. Saying that, we still had a good time.

10.0Le soutien extraordinaire procuré par Sandra ( la gestionnaire) tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, près de la plage, du "paseo" maritime, du magnifique Parc La Paloma et dans un quartier bien pourvu de divers restaurants et bars ainsi que de magasins, de boutiques et d'épiceries. De plus, les résidents du quartier sont très sympatiques. L'appartement est très bien équipé et le balcon offre une belle vue sur la mer méditerranée et sur la montagne.
