Lovely accommodation & great value
10.0Great location for the motorway and surprisingly no noise from the traffic. Place is super spacious and extemporaneous comfortable. Staff that help you check in and out are virtual but amazing and respond quickly with clear instructions

5.0Access was easy enough. Room was adequate size & clean.
− Layout of rooom not great with 1 of the shower right near the front door meaning you had to walk through the main area. Only 1 socket in the room I was in & poorly located behind the bedside cabinet which couldn't even fit bedside the bed!!! 1 lift was broken when we arrived. By the time we got back from our function around 2am the other 1 was broken & we were on the 8th floor. Furthermore 1 of my friends has mobility issues. And I knew that lift had broken long before 2am as the next morning as we struggled downstairs to check out the repair guy saud other guests told him they'd reported it the Saturday evening but he only got called at 8am. On top of that we couldn't put the refuse ir door token away as it had expired due to the length of time it took us to get downstairs. Then I was offered a complimentary later check after the fact! My friend said she wasn't happy that we couldn't even watch freeview TV which you can even access abroad

− elevator didn’t work and we was on top floor. no point staying here, had a 20 minute work out everytime i wanted to get to my room
Great stay and an excellent apartment
10.0Apaartment was excellent, well maintained and at a great location. We were completely surprised on how well it was kept. Hosts shared the instructions very clearly and kept continuous communication through different channels [WhatsApp, Email] to make sure we have seamless experience to get into the apartment. Very simple video instructions helped to get the keys without hastle. I would definitely recommend this to our friends and colleagues and would love to stay here in the future.
