Très bien placé et l'environnement est calme. Le logement bien insonorisés.

− Nous n'a pas profité de la terrasse intérieure parce que nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la baie, les poignées tournées dans le vide. Nous l'avons signalé.

Superb situation. Clean and comfortable

The location was superb. Situated in the main street on the first and second floors above a clothes shop. Very nice terrace with good views. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time. The apartment was clean and quite comfortable but didn't live up to expectations.

− The photo's, the description, and the relatively high price raised our expectations. Unfortunately the apartment didn't quite live up to it. Entry at ground level is at the entrance to the Atalis clothes shop. You enter at first floor into the lounge - this area has air-conditioning, two sofas and the TV. Moving along there is a dining area with a table seating six. Off this there is a small internal courtyard with a round table for four people. This courtyard is accessible through french doors. It has a glazed roof at second floor ceiling height. There are no views, plus it gets very hot. Passing the dining area and courtyard is a well equipped kitchen. No Aircon. The washing machine was broken when we arrived but was replaced in a couple of days. Moving further on are two further bedrooms with twin beds in each. Fans but not air-conditioned There is also a shower room opposite the kitchen with WC and wash basin. Unfortunately the shower is unusable as one door is broken and the second door is missing completely! Opposite the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom. This is quite comfortable and the bed is good. There is an ensuite shower room with a WC (no wash basin). The wash basin and a bath is in a separate area just off the main bedroom area. Not ideal. A door here leads out onto the outside terrace. Views are superb. It is a lovely place to sit in the evening. It's not that big however. There is one sun lounger (why not two?) and a small table with three chairs. The is no sun shade or umbrellas - gets very hot. Certainly a nice little terrace but if there were six people staying I don't think a meal on the terrace would be very practical.

La ubicacio es excel.lent i l’apartament està molt be. La cuina molt ben equipada ( batidora, exprimidor….) excepte les paelles q estan rallades.

− solo había un juego de llaves que teníamos que coger conforme llegábamos de una cajetilla con código y con mi vista poner el código era complicado... necesitaría una llave extra para mi... el wifi no funcionaba bien

Fornells is a lovely town and this great apartment is well situated to enjoy all that Fornells offers.

Excellent location; the apartment is very well designed and spacious . A well equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge. Lovely large master bedroom. The property was very clean.

− Temperatures during our stay were 35C plus so air conditioning in all bedrooms other than just the lounge and master bedroom would have been very welcome. Dining chairs needed replacing.
