− Non per colpa del proprietario ma il parcheggio un po' lontano dalla casa

− Alcune cosine da migliorare, come il cestino dei rifiuti rotto. Le porte non si aprivano, dovevano essere sollevate a mano ma essendo "meccanico" era difficoltoso aprirlo. Un secondo bagno sarebbe stato il top, ma ci si accontenta
