Lovely - away from the madness- family stay in shin-okubo.
9.0It was such a calm place- down a little alleyway- 5 mins from 2 train stations so we had great accessibility- and they were easy to navigate stations too unlike Shinjuku. The room had its own washing machine and a dryer downstairs- every time I put my drying in- the owner would fold & return them. Had cooking area & large fridge. Owner had put ice creams & welcome drinks in for us. Lawsons 3 minutes away- vending machine outside & 15 minute walk to heart of Shinjuku.
− Wish there was ac in the living area too. But owner did provide a fan.

Well located short stay apartment with thoughtful staff
8.0We’ve been in Japan for several weeks and have stayed at various accommodation. The staff at Rosenheim left a strong positive impression on us. I was grateful for help with the heavy luggage, and with helping us with our washing as a part of the room cleaning. I was also expecting to pay a small additional fee for my child to stay, but they allowed her to stay at no further cost which was a pleasant surprise. When we checked out, I left one of my small bags behind. I didn’t realise until one of the young staff chased after us with a bicycle to return it! It was so kind. We chose the room with the kitchen and washing machine. We enjoyed coming home and watching television on the couch.
− Perhaps it would have been a bit comfortable with a coffee table. Also, a small soap in the toilet bathroom would have been easier for my child to reach than the kitchen sink.
