Superbe location ! Plusieurs terrasses où l'on peut s'installer. Une douche et des toilettes extérieures : le top !!!! Une cuisine extérieure : un must ! Une belle grande piscine, waouh, vraiment sympa. Une maison très bien équipée, il ne manque rien : vaisselle en suffisance, mixer, essoreuse à salade et j'en passe. Des produits de base dans les armoires : café, huile d'olive, sel et poivre, essui-tout, serviettes, papier toilette, savon etc. Et,des petits plus bien agréables : vin, biscuits, j'ai, eau et limonade. Et très bien situé pour visiter la région. A 100 mètres, il y a possibilité d'acheter du vin en cubi ou en bouteilles. Un vrai délice à petits prix !

La propriété est charmante., très bien entretenue. La maison est spacieuse, très bien décorée, et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Il y a même tout ce qu il faut pour le petit déjeuner( the, cafe, lait), en plus de l huile , des épices etc...pour cuisiner. La literie est de bonne qualité. La terrasse avec la cuisine d été et la grande piscine sont top. On peut garer facilement la voiture dans la propriété.. On est à 40mn de Bari, à 20mn de Trani et à 40mn de l aéroport. Communication facile avec Annamaria qui est aussi très réactive et arrangeante.

Beautiful Italian evenings by the pool

We have just left Villa Poggio Fiorito after 3 wonderful nights. It was the best equipped accommodation we have ever had - everything we could possibly need. The pool was very welcome in the heat. We toured during the day and returned for evenings by the pool with tagliere and pasta washed down with aperol spritz. We had to drag our sons out of the pool at night to go to bed. It was difficult to leave. Highly recommended. Grazie mille Annamaria e Benjamin.
