Todo, la casa es grande y la zona de la piscina es genial

Reservar el alojamiento de Mónica fue un gran acierto. Nos dejaron alojarnos con nuestras dos perritas pequeñas y la verdad que súper bien; el clima no acompañó mucho y por eso no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina (no está climatizada) pero el resto estuvo muy bien. Destacar el amplio comedor que da para el patio y la comodidad de las camas. La zona es muy tranquila y hay bastante aparcamiento alrededor. ¡Totalmente recomendable sin duda!

− Al llegar nos encontramos con hormigas en la cocina pero para nosotros no fue grave. Quizás deberían fijarse más en la limpieza de las vajillas, habían varios vasos sucios.

Estaba todo genial. Las instalaciones, la ubicación. La piscina ...La decoracion daba mucha tranquilidad. Buen aparcamiento. Monica, la anfitriona, también muy simpatica. Nos retrasamos un poco y nos esperó amablemente. Hemos pasado una semana santa increible.

La distribución es ideal, amplia, el inmobiliario nos encanto, la piscina, la barbacoa, todo muy bien. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

excellent location but tired property in need of attention

A representative met us at the property and allowed access earlier than planned. The location of the property is very good with plenty of outside space. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and 4 minutes to the bus stop to take you into the centre of playa blanca Room size is acceptable although a lot of storage space is locked including some wardrobe space. Large TV in the lounge in case of poor weather but limited to Spanish channels. WIFI is good when we eventually got the password sorted out. Monica did her best to help out whenever she could.

− The property could be very nice however there are just too many areas that have been neglected. The access doors do not open easily and need securing properly. The bath was rusty and screen shower badly needed replacing. Air con didn't work upstairs and does not even exist downstairs. The pool was dirty from the recent storm but never got cleaned. Someone did attend but gave up and instead left the water on which resulted in the pool overflowing and shut off the water from the villa. Nobody returned to clean it There are no instructions or information sheets at all. Nothing to explain how anything worked and not even a bottle of water in the fridge Drawers didn't shut properly and the cups, glasses etc were not clean. We had to wash everything we wanted to use but couldn't dry anything since no cloths or towels provided for the kitchen It could be made much better without having to spend much money . There are many more villas in the area in much better condition for the same money. I know because we have stayed here 6 times in the last 3 years but we will not return to this particular property in the near future
