not recommended at all!!
2.0they did not keep the room reservation for us.it was festival time and they gave the room to someone else offered us a tent on the grass ( no mattress ). made us wait long time and behaved very bad. it looks nice in the picture but all around is tents and many people.
Great place to stay in Gondar.
8.0I enjoyed my stay here. The facilities were okay and my room was very comfortable. I really liked the owners and staff and I had the most relaxed time. It was also a good place to meet other travellers. The wifi and the location were very good and the garden was really enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious too. It was a pleasure to meet Wondim and his brother who were very kind and warm hosts.

8.0Pancakes at breakfast were great. The room was clean but the bathroom had a lot of water around the toilet because it was right next to the shower. Power was out one afternoon for a few hours but not sure if that was due to a wider city power cut or just the hostel turning the power off. I ordered a transfer from the airport which never arrived (although I had confirmed it with the hostel two days before I arrived) but it was simple enough to get a taxi from the airport instead.

10.0nice stay on a basic but suficiente environment
Not safe for women
2.0The place it's self is fine, but there was an incident there involving a guest (a girl) being harrased by one of the workers and the owner. The worker kept coming into her room and telling her how beautiful she was. The owner repeatedly messaged her asking for a drink and how beautiful she was. Eventually we all went to her room and she swapped with one of the other guys room. To stay with somone else. The place is run like a boys club, there's lots of guys always hanging out.
