− Main bedroom mattress was very soft, especially if you have been active all day. Firmer mattress provides better support.

Beautiful house, lovely hosts

Amazing house for our 8-person group. There was plenty of space to spread out, but also the layout of the living area was perfect for spending time together (cool architecture)! Everything in the house was clean. Big bathrooms, great water pressure. The TV had Netflix and the hosts were very lovely and friendly! The neighbours even helped us clear snow away in the morning. Kutchan was a perfect base to explore the surrounding snow resorts.

− One night, the electric door lock failed so we had to wait for the hosts to figure it out. It was only about 15 minutes, but with the snow outside it wasn't ideal. Two of the heaters were broken, so it was really hard to dry our ski gear overnight. We contacted the hosts and they agreed the heaters were broken, but we didn't hear more from them after that. There was also limited hot water so we had to plan our shower times. None of these things are major enough to say we wouldn't recommend the place. We still had a great time!
