9.0It was a very quiet location and the neighbours were very helpful.
− One of us needed a handrail to go down the steps to the property. The property did not have a handrail, but the neighbours let us use their steps that had a rail.
Nice pad for a base to explore from.
8.0location good for southern lakes. Sitting area comfortable. Nice neighbours!
− Bedlinen on main bed was too big - both the undersheet and the duvet cover - made for a wrinkled, hot and uncomfortable sleep. Shower over the bath sprayed everywhere so we all used the shower cubicle in other bathroom.

− No sun on any outdoor areas. Would have been nice to have had a welcome basket.

9.0Spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a quite location with bubbling stream nearby. Very clean - spic and span! Good internet and wifi. The work alcove was useful as we had a few online meetings. Pheasant Inn nearby offers good food and friendly service
− Nothing to not like except there is no grocery store within walking distance but Kirkby Longsdale is just 5 -7 mins drive away.

10.0LOvely decoration, everything is new and very confortable. The hoster leave a small things that help you a lot when you only needs the house 3 days. As shower gel and cream, oil, salt, sugar. Thanks so much!
− To close the doors and pick up the keys is a little bit complicated. Meny keys, one diferente for each door.
