A localização é ótima e o apartamento é espaçoso e confortável. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado. A proprietária é muito solicita, inicialmente tivemos um problema com a internet que logo foi resolvido com a ajuda da mesma. Gostamos bastante, acredito que voltaríamos novamente.

− O ponto negativo é que o chuveiro possui pouca pressão para lavar os cabelos. Porém, há um chuveiro externo, dentro do condomínio, que contorna essa questão.
