− The accommodation had no hot water. Seems like there was some problem with the thermostat. They were really slow to respond too, so we ended up stuck there for three days with no hot water.
very good location and accomodation, but impersonal contact
8.0very good location a few minutes walking from train and bus stations and from downtown. quiet. very complete accomodation, good beds, fantastic bathrooms and nothing missing in the kitchen, there are washing machine and dish cleaner too. good wifi, poor tv stations choice though. there is a large coop supermarket a few minutes nearby as well as a very good Chinese restaurant . two terraces. and an underground parking place which is a huge bonus. not cheap but certainly value for your penny
− I really didn`t enjoy the lack of personal contact on arrival, you get messages with instructions including youtube videos. and then after leaving I got a message with some kind of strange question and then silence. not my cup of coffee from that point of view

− The iron was not working but they replaced it with a new one very quick.
