Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
6.0L’accueil du personnel que ce soit à notre arrivée ou au restaurant, très accueillant et agréable.
− Au vu du prix que nous payons pour ce lodge qui n’est pas justifié pour le confort que nous avons dans la chambre. L’évier de la salle de bain est tellement petit qu’on a du mal à se laver les mains, les fenêtres sont d’une qualité plus que médiocre. Il n’y a meme pas une bouteille d’eau d’accueil dans la chambre alors que tous les hôtels/lodges que nous avons fait il y en avait et pour moins cher que ça. Ce lodge est notre plus mauvais logement de tout notre voyage en Namibie. On s’attendant à tellement mieux. La proximité du parc Etosha fait que ce lodge est cher mais la qualité et le confort de la chambre est à revoir.

5.0Der Empfang in der Unterkunft von Chef Macy war sehr herzlich, sie möchte, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet.
− Ich kann die guten Beurteilungen zum Essen nicht teilen. Der Service ist bemüht, aber gefühlt überfordert. Es fehlt am letzten Quentchen (wenig Ablagefläche / Schränke im großen Zimmer, kaputter Spülknopf, sehr „verbrauchte“ Klobürste, Brett statt Lattenrost,..), um eine bessere Bewertung zu bekommen. Die Bilder auf der Plattform (Zelte) entsprechen nicht den Unterkünften (Bungalows).
Lodge très agréable et chaleureux avec une vue splendide. La cuisine a tenu compte de nos demandes culinaires.

7.0The location was great as it was not too far to Etosha gate, the staff were friendly and the food was really good.
− The shower situation was unacceptable, at the times you could get hot water it was merely a spray, have stayed in much more remote places that provide a decent shower.

10.0We enjoyed everything, it was lovely. Would go back if we come back to Namibia, very friendly staff, food very nice, overall nice stay. The view stunning.

− The booking is made by an agency, who is not really responsive. They overcharged me. I wrote them to tell them, but they did not bother to answer. They are not very customer oriented. Luckily once I arrived at the lodge, the manager sorted out the issue and I got reimbursed. 10/10 for the manager and staff at the lodge. 1/10 for the staff at the agency taking care of the payments.
