Enorm grosszügige Dachwohnung an recht zentraler Lage mit einmaliger Dachterrassenaussicht.

Die Wohnung trägt ihren Werbenamen zu recht, die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist phänomenal schön. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man nicht nur wunderschön in die Halbinsel rund um den Monte Portofino, sondern auch bis Genua und zur französischen Grenze. Die Wohnung ist zudem eindrücklich gross mit für sich separat schliessbaren Zimmern, grosser Kleidergarderobe, zweistöckig und interessanten Verwinkelungen. Die Innenausstattung ist schliesslich voller lustiger Design-Stücke und vieler Kunstbücher. Der Vermieter Marco gab jederzeit schnell Antwort auf Nachfragen und war auch unkompliziert bereit, uns noch Sonntag abends um 21.00 Uhr zu empfangen (wegen massiver Zugverspätungen). Schliesslich befindet man sich in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe und ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Auch die Abfallentsorgung ist gleich ums Eck. Zu guter letzt verfügt das Bad auch über einen Whirlpool und eine Duschmöglichkeit im Sitzen.

− Die Wohnung selbst hat nur Dachfenster und damit keinen direkten Blick aufs Meer, dafür muss man auf die erwähnte Dachterrasse, der Aufstieg zu dieser braucht allerdings Trittsicherheit. Die (Güter)züge können abends und morgens etwas stören, wir haben uns bald daran gewöhnt.

Fantastic hosts, ideal location, incomparable view, super comfortable appartment! Owners have a passion for architecture and design, and appartment reflects that passion-this is certainly one of the most unique appartments I have ever stayed in. Marco and Francesca were fantastic hosts and we felt very welcomed in their appartment.

The pictures don't do justice to this place. The appartment is huge! Can easily fit 6 people. We felt at home, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's also really close to the train station and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The view from the terrace is to die for! What a dream place to spend your holidays! We had an amazing stay in Marco's appartment. Him and Valentina were so helpful and kind. Would definetely come back!
