9.0Brilliant location
− This is not the fault of the property as it was during a heatwave, but a fan in the room during particularly hot months would be very helpful. The windows do open it let air in and there are nice black out curtains but the street can be loud (again, no fault of the property).

− There was urine on the carpet. The room smelt of urine. I said this to the company and they didn't not reply.
Grubby, good location
5.0It was close to everything
− The room was a bit grubby especially the bathroom. No staff so can't comment but I did request an earlier check in than 4pm and got an automatic decline, so I don't know who even monitors this place. There were teabags but no kettle. And a coffee machine but no coffee pods. For 215 euro a night i would expect at least that. But it's rip off Ireland again, thankfully only had to stay one night.

− 1 roll of toilet paper, 3 days...kettle full of grime, milk was gone off, no shower gel, enough for 1 shower, no rubbish bags...etc. disappointing because location was spot on
