Comfortable, good location very closed to the NQ

− As I booked three flats with friends, we requested to have to set of keys per flat - the request was denied. This wasn’t specified during the online check in process otherwise I d have requested it. The staff at the building reception is not Charles hope and so communicating with them meant making calls. While the other flats had everything, in the apartment I was in there was no kettle & shower gel.

Overall, I had a good stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and in an excellent location, with easy access to Manchester city centre. Collecting the keys was straightforward, and getting in and out of the building was simple. It was well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making it a comfortable base for a few days. Being on the 13th floor also gave some great views over the city. Bed also very comfy, plenty of space and storage.

− While the apartment was clean and generally comfortable, it felt a little tired in places. The sofa was showing signs of wear, and the overall decor felt quite basic. The apartment also became very warm, even during a relatively cool week, and without air conditioning it was difficult to sleep. Opening the windows at night wasn’t really an option because of the noise outside. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak and after maintenance work was carried out during our stay it seemed to become even less reliable. We weren’t informed in advance that contractors would need access to the apartment, which was a little uncomfortable. A quick message beforehand would have been appreciated so we knew to expect someone entering the property. The windows were also very dirty, which took away from what should have been excellent views from the 13th floor.

We stayed for one night only but was very comfortable.

− Put water in the fridge and include the cost in the rental price.

Apartment is perfect, it is in a residential building, so noise is a minium, it was lovely sat on the balcony just watch

Lovely and clean, locked door policy on building, can only enter with key fobs. Clean garden area. Nice size two bed apartment. Clean everywhere,

− The instructions to get there are a bit deceiving, but the property itself I have no issue If you use the car park advised, then it’s literally right across the street, up the steps and into the property. Also be aware, when booking uber or taxi, that you pick up from angel gardens Rochdale road. To find key safe- face reception, go to left and and immediately turn back around and the key safe is there

Everything, the location is so central. The football pitch, gym and the garden was brilliant The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Has everything you need and more.

− The quality and service of this apartment are terrible. I discovered many issues on the first day of my stay and reported them to customer service, but they were not resolved during my entire stay of 2 weeks. The toilet was broken, and no one came to fix it. Kitchen utensils were very incomplete – there was only a saucepan, so I had to buy a frying pan myself if I wanted to stir-fry. There were no seasonings at all, I had to buy everything myself. The provided cutlery were dirty, and many were broken, making them completely unusable. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to stay inside. Overall, this was a very poor experience with low value for money. For the same price, I could have booked a much better place.
