10.0A beautiful homestay, probably the closest I’ve ever been to staying IN someone’s home during a homestay. Our host was so kind and beautiful, she cooked us dinner and breakfast which was of course the best food we have had, we had some good conversations and good advice before our pekoe trail, made us some salt water for the leeches. We hope the come back when the train line is working again and in season for the pekoe trail.

An incredibly delightful stay with a very hospitable host!
10.0Saroja was an incredibly kind and helpful woman! We opted to get dinner with her and she made a wonderfully delicious rice and curry! We felt right at home and we had nice conversations together! If not for our other bookings and shortage of leftover days, we definitely would have stayed more days. Thank you Saroja!
− It was a small detour to get there because Google Maps did not find the right route, we suggest giving a call to get better directions

This homestay has it all, stay 2 nights to walk Pekoe trail with a guide.
9.0Next to train line and Pekoe Trail very convenient. Stayed 2 nights, the host was super friendly, helpful and kind, great conversation, delicious dinner and breakfast. Arranged a lovely local man to be my guide for the day, so much fun. Room was spacious, light and airy, good size shared bathroom, very comfortable.

8.0it is a perfect stop when doing the trail- the lady was amazing, loved talking to her, and the food was sooo good!!
Lovely welcoming host
10.0This home stay exceeded expectations. This family is incredibly welcoming and the host loves befriending and looking after her guests. The home is very comfortable and clean, a garden area with seats to relax and enjoy the scenery. We were cooked a delicious Sri Lankan dinner which was the best meal we have had in Sri Lanka to date. I highly recommend this home stay and the location is perfect when walking the Pekoe Trail.
