Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész a házigazda, az apartman tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt. A város közpotjában, ugyanakkor csendes, nyugodt helyen van ez az szálláshely, Látványosságok, megnézni érdemes helyek, fürdő, üzletek, éttermek, egy szóval minden ami szükséges egy jó nyaraláshoz, pár percnyi sétával elérehető. A környező települések látnivalói még tömegközlekedéssel is (busszal), könnyen, gyorsan és egyszerűen elérhetőek. Eger és környéke gyönyörű, látványosságokban gazdag, így kiválóan alkalmas aktív pihenésre, kikapcsolódásra, ezért mindenkinek ajánlani tudjuk, ezt az apartmant pedig kiváltképp.
