Un desastre a pesar que el apartamento es bonito y cómodo
5.0La situación
− Estaba sucio, el WC amarillo, el techo de unos de los baños estaba negro de humedad, tenía el grifo de la ducha suelto, había cucarachas y los utensilios de limpieza estaban podridos por lo que tuvimos que comprar nuevos. Los utensilios de la cocina escasos y de muy mala calidad que encima nos encontramos sucios llenos de grasa. El lavavajillas no funcionaba muy bien y a pesar que lo arreglaron seguía sin funcionar bien. Reclamamos a la empresa que gestiona la vivienda y nos iban a devolver el dinero de la limpieza (supuestamente porque aún lo estoy esperando después de 10 días). La llave de la entrada se nos partió al intentar abrir, menos mal que nos pasó por la mañana para poder ir a la agencia a cambiarla. Por otro lado, nadie nos informó que no estaba conectado el tubo del desagüe de la lavadora y se salió toda el agua afuera … menos mal que estábamos en casa pero menudo mal rato pasamos recogiendo todo el agua que se salió afuera. El apartamento estaría bien si lo gestionaran de otra manera y se aseguraran antes de entregarlo que está todo en perfectas condiciones y sobre todo que cumplan lo que prometen.
Fantastic short trip to Pinatar
9.0Beautifully decorated and clean apartment, with bars and restaurants close by. The beach is only around the corner too. The rooftop terrace was great, with a small pool. We found car parking very easy, with lots of spaces all around the surrounding streets.

− There was no sea view at all. Very disappointing as it was shown on Booking.Com as having a sea view. The view was of an apartment block.
