The house itself is beautiful and spacious, located in a peaceful setting. The design and layout are impressive, with great potential. Lovely views and overall architecture.

− No clear instructions on how to open the gate – we were stuck outside for some time with no phone reception, which was stressful. The garden, jacuzzi, and outdoor seating area were very unclean – it looked like they hadn’t been maintained in months. No full-length mirror anywhere in the house. No bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms – only one in the kitchen. Not ideal, especially for female guests. No mirrors near plug sockets for drying or straightening hair. The house had no fresh smell – no plug-ins and the stick diffusers were all empty. For a high-end booking, we expected much higher standards. We’ve stayed in many luxury homes, and this one unfortunately didn’t meet expectations. The upstairs space felt empty – it could’ve been turned into a games room to make the stay more enjoyable.

Lovely house,

− bedroom - not very clean, duvet smelt of sick, only one very cheap pillow each bathroom - moldy basket in bathroom, cobwebs in corners, window leaked, only one loo roll provided kitchen - not enough cutlery for people staying, no utensils for cooking, no big bowl or cooking dish - we werent able to cook what we brought as this was sparse. sauna/jacuzzi - no instructions for jacuzzi, it didnt work one time and required a reset. not big enough for residents of house, wasnt clear on booking all just a bit disappointing for the price

The property was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna.

− Balcony area was not cleaned and outside furniture was dirty. Showers discharged water on the floor that had to be mopped up after each shower. A minor point, but there was no tin opener!
