7.0Location, capacity, good basic facilities, ability to take pet. Heating in main lounge was very effective. Bedding was comfortable.
− It was a bit tired. Heaters in some bedrooms didn't work. No dishwasher tablets provided. No dishwashing liquid provided. Basic condiments weren't provided (no salt, no tomato sauce, no tea bags, no instant coffee).

8.0− Dishwasher didn't work and no indication that it was out of order. Had to rush last minute to get dishes cleaned up. No wifi access code could be found!

6.0The house itself was great but there were a number of issues with it as I note below
− Firstly, it was a shock to receive an email notifying me of having to bring linen (I then went back & read that this was not included BUT it was in very small print on your website). Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Inside - spiders (harmless ones) everywhere, many ants in the shower bay; outside - cobwebs & spiders absolutely everywhere & the grounds need a complete makeover as there were dead plants, leaves & tree limbs lying around!!
Please note that guests under 25 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. Linen is not included as part of the amenities for this property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
