− On a main road. Elevator broken. Did not look like the photos. Poor contact with host. Untidy outdoor area.

− Noisy Bed, Shower and it would be advisable offering a couple of bottles of water and fixing the elevator!

5.0La posizione è molto interessante e con un parcheggio auto molto vicino
− Ascensore fuori uso per salire al terzo piano ma il problema più grave è stato il riscaldamento! Nonostante abbiamo subito manifestato a chi ci ha aperto che la camera era fredda e che il clima non stava partendo, ci ha rassicurato che sarebbe partito ma dopo tre ore, rientrati in camera era ovviamente ancora più fredda, abbiamo avvertito l’accoglienza tramite sms ma nulla, ancora aspettiamo messaggio! Oltre tutto aprendo le lenzuola presenti macchie nello stesso che abbiamo debitamente fotografato ma anche per queste nessuna risposta! Essendo anche noi del mestiere ci meravigliamo che questo sia il giusto modo di fare accoglienza perché la location merita ma con una gestione simile rischia di spronfondare! Si sbaglia tutti ma quantomeno bisogna provare a dare rimedio o supporto al cliente che paga
