The host was very friendly and approachable during our stay.

− While the property initially seemed fine, our overall experience was highly negative due to the host's subsequent behavior. We stayed here as a family with two children, and the property fell short in a few key areas: Hot Water Shortage: The boiler capacity is very limited. There was only enough hot water for one child to bathe at a time, forcing us to wait an hour before the second child could take a bath. Cold Floors: The floor tiles throughout the unit were extremely cold, making it uncomfortable for a family stay. There were other less relevant concerns like the parking entrance, high traffic, and no output pipe from the kitchen aspirator. Host Conduct and Retaliation The most concerning part of our experience was the host. After our stay, he pressured me to give him perfect 10/10 scores across all categories. When I did not comply: I received numerous threatening phone calls and messages from him demanding that I delete my review. Following my refusal, he falsely reported our family to Booking.com for violating "house rules" as a form of retaliation. It appears the host maintains his high rating by intimidating guests and manipulating the review system. Potential guests should be fully aware of this behavior before booking.
