Квартира чистая, расположение удобное, близко к пляжу. Также порадовало наличие паркоместа под домом. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для готовки и приёма пищи, также порадовало наличие различного кофе в ассортименте, сахара, соли, стального порошка, что не всегда есть в съёмных апартаментах.
