10.0Traumhafte Aussicht über Crikvenica, ruhige Lage, keine Nachbarn links und rechts, gemütliche Liegen mit Sonnenschirm und sehr tolle Chill-Out Lounge auf der Terrasse!
− Leider kein Insektenschutz vorhanden, wenn man die Glastüren offen hat, kommen sehr schnell viele Tiere rein. Föhn war keiner vorhanden, bei 30 Grad allerdings nicht allzu schlimm!

9.0Tolle Villa , mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung , 3 Schlafzimmer , 3 Badezimmer , super schön mit Marmor Und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Inseln
− Kein Insektenschutz ( Fenster, Türen) Sonnenschutz am Pool und am Terrassen Tisch wäre von Vorteil
