1.0Wij waren onderweg naar het appartement, we hadden betaald en de reservering werd last minute door de eigenaar geannuleerd. Stonden we dan 10 min van het appartement vandaan in de avond met drie kinderen, heel erg!
il etait bien suite a nos engagements mais sans facture nous rendu decu.
8.0Personnel gentil, service parfait et endroit très propre. l'droit constituer de deux chambre a deux lits , cuisine et un sejour plus douche il est bien pour un sejour si vous voulez etre autonome.
− 1️⃣ La localisation indiquée sur Booking ne correspond pas exactement à celle de l’établissement. J’ai choisi cet endroit principalement parce qu’il était censé être proche de l’Université UM6P, mais en réalité, il se trouve à environ 5 km de distance. 2️⃣ Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on me demande d’ajouter 20 % de TVA pour obtenir une facture, alors que la réservation initiale indiquait déjà que la TVA était incluse. De plus, selon la loi marocaine, le taux de TVA applicable dans ce cas ne devrait pas dépasser 10 %. Je précise également que nous n’avons pas reçu de facture.
