la posizione vicina a diversi luoghi di interesse, come Laghi, Cortona, Montepulciano, Cantine varie. La vista dall'appartamento, in particolare la mattina all'alba. appartamento ampio.

− la pulizia e la manutenzione in generale. mancavano alcune cose: detersivo piatti o un pods per lavastoviglie, la tv. il letto con materasso duro (questa cosa è soggettiva ovviamente)

Un angolo di paradiso, tranquillità e natura, tra ulivi e colline e a pochi minuti da tutti i luoghi principali - Castiglione, Cortona ecc Il proprietario è il figlio sono di un'accoglienza e gentilezza rare. Quelle piccole accortezze al cliente che non sono dovute e che sono sempre troppo rare. Come ad esempio il faretto che ci ha installato per permetterci di fare la brace nell'immenso giardino dell'appartamento. Senza contare il doppio soccorso con il trattore, quando entrambe le nostre auto si sono arenate nel fango. E ci ha rimettessoi pure un pneumatico. Un dettaglio che fa capire l'attenzione all'ospitalità: alla fine del soggiorno ci ha chiesto se ci fosse qualcosa da segnalare nell'appartamento per non recare disservizi agli ospiti successivi. Da queste cose si vede l'attenzione al cliente e una ospitalità di spessore. Come una volta. Davvero speciali. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci ritorneremo di sicuro, perché l'Umbria e quel pezzo di Toscana sono da vedere con attenzione.

Ospitalità e prontezza d'intervento e risposta per le varie esigenze di Pasquale. Persona premurosa, molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa e dato consigli utili sulle zone da visitare.

− Migliorerei la cura nei dettagli perchè il posto ha un gran potenziale. Manca attenzione su alcuni particolari che però possono fare la differenza.
