Very clean comfortable, excellent location with amazing view.Irine the host was amazing she is very thoughtful hospitable went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend to everyone including my friends and family. We will be back for sure ❤️

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön – alles neu, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ist perfekt, und vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick – Meerblick Deluxe! Unsere Vermieterin Irini war sehr aufmerksam und hat alle Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) haben uns rundum wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!”

Beautiful view of the gulf & town

We chose this apartment for its tremendous view of the Ambracian Gulf & the charming town of Preveza. A small elevator made access to this top floor, newly renovated lodging easy. The hostess was lovely & professional, & her tasteful touches in decor were everywhere. Good quality appliances & nice amenities (softest towels in Greece!). The design of the space was clever & the terraces were nicely designed with glass balustrades that did not impede the view. We loved watching the sunset, and then the lights of Preveza across the water after dark. During our brief two nights there, we heard no noise from the family (only saw the occasional car & the dogs).

− We are familiar with the area of Psathaki, & thought the price here was steep for the area & low season (Nov.). We booked it for the view, which did not disappoint. We would like to see a little more comfort on the terrace--perhaps some outdoor cushions that would allow people to sit on the steps. We are older travellers & had some trouble getting out of the sun loungers. Psathaki is a very quiet area, which we like, but visitors should not expect to find shops or cafes there. A car is necessary for the short drive into Preveza, where everything is available. It is a little difficult to find the location of the house, but the hostess (Irene) will do her best to help you.
