Beautiful location, good size room with air conditioning, clean bathroom separate from room- shower, toilet, sink each in separate room. Staff was flexible in accommodating our late arrival and 5am wake up for making meals in the restaurant. Breakfast was included. Friendly dog greeted us. Interesting farm historic property and we were sad not to be able to explore it given our short stay. One of the closer options for an overnight stay on our drive to San Blas/Guna Yala. Staff were Spanish speaking.

Was confusing to know what entrance to property to use as gate was locked when we arrived.

An excellent Project

The atmosphere and style of the restored building. The working nature of the property and the walks available around the grounds.

Rooms appear not to be onsuite but only a minor issue as many banos available.

A great example of agritourism in a peaceful setting.

10.0

This lodge is new and still figuring things out, but it's a great and unique place to stay. The property is really nice, the lodge itself comfortable, and the meals fantastic. The best part is the enthusiasm the staff have for what they're building--this is agritourism at its best, and I can't wait to see how it progresses!

Just keep in mind it's fairly rustic here--shared bathrooms, no air conditioning or hot water, and the wifi didn't work (although it's going to be fixed). Fine for me, but some may not find it comfortable.
