All I can say is glad it was only for one night would definitely not go there again.
5.0− Very dusty toilet roll holder was hanging of had coffee pods but no machine to put them in and no milk which should have been supplied .

8.0We arrived early and had booked an early check in, however the rooms were not ready, but the staff were very efficient in being able to help us.

8.0Comfortable large bed and large room and bathroom. Great staff all evening.
− Stairway wasn't cleared so a little hazardous and shower needed descaling to improve water flow.
Friendly welcome and staff, room not up to standard but could easily be updated.
5.0The staff were friendly, it was easy to park, the pub and restaurant were very nice. The room was warm and welcoming and a nice size.
− Whilst the room was warm and welcoming once inside it didn’t feel very clean. The radiator in the bathroom was yellowing, the pot on the sink had toothpaste stains on the bottom, the container for shower gel was empty. The carpet wasn’t carpet I wanted to walk on with bare feet. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. There is lots of room for improvement and could easily be a really lovely room.
