The management is awful, ive been staying in Andorra several times, and this is the worst ive ever had.

− Firstly, we have to make the bed sheet by ourselves, and they said they don’t provide any amenities in the apartment, ok fine. but after i ask they send some one-time disposal packs. The problem is during we check out. I throw all the garbage, washed all the pots and pans i used, and put back to cabinet, clean the tables and also finished the dishes cleaning in the dishwasher. So we let them come to check before we leave so we could make sure we didn’t damage anything for get back my 300euros damage deposit. Thats was 9ish am. 2 guys came to check, i showed them some condiments i leftover and bottles of skin care stuff those might help for next guest as the apartment dont have any, if they don’t need i could just throw away, and they said thats fine for them. However after checking around one of them said he have to charge me cleaning fee, because of the sink in kitchen have some dust(those are some onion skin stick there) and because the bathroom is not clean, which full of watermarks in the sink and have some onetime disposable packs…. thats is totally nonsense. The sink in kitchen can be cleaned by just open the tap water, the bathroom is because we just finished shower! and the disposal pack is because the shower room doesn’t even have any shelf for putting them, we have to put cleaners on floor or put outside the wash basin while we do shower!!!! i ask him what do you mean not clean? he said the room should be well prepared and clean for next guest and they are not supposed to hire someone to clean before another guest check in but now because of me they need to hire one… The whole thing is just ridiculous. The worst and inconsiderate management. Even though you want to scam your guest, please well prepared your reason. Otherwise your apartment is full of hygiene problems if you don’t hire any cleaning staff.
