10.0La taverna è un perfetto esempio di ottimizzazione degli spazi, che fa riflettere su quanto solitamente ne sprechiamo. Ottima base d'appoggio per visitare buona parte della Garfagnana e la stessa Lucca. I proprietari sono gentili e corretti, innamorati del posto, ne sono anche ottimi ambasciatori. Tutte le info provviste corrispondono al vero. Il luogo è l'ideale per chi desidera recuperare il contatto con la lentezza del mondo reale, la semplice autenticità della natura, staccandosi dall'intossicazione tecnologica. Alcune chicche: mangiare mele e pere direttamente dagli alberi, mentre cammini sul sentiero verso una fonte ghiacciata in pieno agosto; trovare abitanti e turisti che dividono insieme il bar del paese proprio come si faceva negli anni Ottanta. Bar che diventa anche ristorante: pasta obbligatoriamente fatta in casa, ingredienti esclusivamente di stagione, acqua di fonte, ottimo vino della casa, tutto autentico e di gran gusto al giusto prezzo. Un ritorno necessario alla vita di campagna, alla socialità, alla verità del mondo degli uomini

− Es pequeño, nosotros muy bien porque salimos por la mañana y llegábamos de noche, pero para pasar rato allí es pequeño
