9.0De plaats van het appartement met een wijds uitzicht over de golfbaan en de verre omgeving. Het terras aan alle zijden, met de hele dag zon.

9.0Die Wohnung hat einen sehr grossen Balkon wo man von morgens bis abends die Sonne geniessen kann. Er ist mit Grill und Sofas ausgestattet und ein Sonnensegel sorgt für Schatten. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage und Lift sind auch dabei.
− Das Sofa im Wohnraum könnte erneuert werden. Die zentrale Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, es roch jedoch manchmal nach Rauch, (ev. von der Wohnung unterhalb)
