9.0Hostel Alexis trovandosi in pieno centro di Madrid è un ottima base per girare il cuore della città a piedi. Anche se la struttura si trova in pieno centro non si percepiscono i rumori. La stanza è dotata di climatizzatore ben funzionante e di letto grande e comodo. Il bagno e la camera sono ampi, comodi e molto puliti. Personale è cordiale e disponibile.

10.0Cama muy cómoda, todo limpio y sobretodo la amabilidad y atención del recepcionista, lo mejor (chico con gafas, no me quedé con su nombre)
− El check-in lo hice con otra persona, el dueño, que quiso atenderme rápidamente e indicándome que todo la info del check-in la tenía ya en mi móvil, me lo terminó explicando pero rápidamente ya que tenía prisa…no me gusto el trato. Además cuando llegué no estaba en el lugar, estuve esperando y tirando el tlf abajo para poder ser atendida.
