Buen lugar fuera de las rutas turísticas
8.0Atención por móvil muy bien. Accesos sin problema, mucha facilidad. Alejado del centro donde puedes encontrar la esencia de la ciudad sin aglomeraciones turísticas, aunque en 15 min estás en la plaza San Marcos. Alojamiento con un aire antiguo, cumple sus funciones para estancia después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Nos permitieron dejar maletas el día de salida, muy agradecidos. Parada Arsenale a 1 min, genial para barco directo aeropuerto y a estación de tren.
− Una renovación no estaría mal.

10.0Emplacement vers l'arsenal a 10mn a pieds de la place saint Marco. Appartement spacieux pour quatre avec la propriétaire qui nous a mis la clim avant d'arriver, au top avec 35° la nuit. Boite a clef . Je recommande a ce prix là pour Venise nous reviendrons promis.

− Zero contact with us leading up to the day of checking. It felt wrong the whole time having traveled extensively. We arrived to Venice, tried contacting them. Radio silence. At check in time no one was at the property. No codes, no keys, no answer on their phone on file. Contacted booking.com - they were wonderful and responsive. We did have to wait 45 mins for Booking to contact property. They replied right at the 45 min deadline. Not a minute less or more only to say they did not want to communicate thru booking.com. They wanted to go on 3rd party communication - not even texting. Super shady. When we refused to send additional private information outside booking - they cancelled our stay. We had to wait another 2-3 hours to find a new apartment last minute in Venice on a Friday. Terrible experience. Stay away.

6.0Great location! Easy to walk to sights and public transportation. Quiet area with restaurants near by!
− Dishes and floor were dirty when we arrived. The doors and locks were hard to use. Can’t leave without the key, so everyone has to leave at the same time.

− La casa e soprattutto la camere hanno bisogno di una sanificazione profonda, specialmente i materassi le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Eravamo in cinque e tutti abbiamo avuto, gia dalla prima notte, problemi alla cute con macchie rosse e bolle su tutto il corpo non dovute alle zanzare.
