La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole, adatta sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici. L’area esterna è un punto di forza: la veranda e la cucina all’aperto sono curate e offrono uno spazio ideale per rilassarsi e condividere i pasti. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dal mare, rendendo il soggiorno pratico e piacevole.

− La casa dispone di due bagni: quello interno non è molto recente e la doccia avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata. L’altro bagno invece, pur essendo nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort, si trova all’esterno nella parte posteriore della casa, dettaglio che non era specificato nella descrizione, e per raggiungerlo è necessario uscire. Un altro aspetto da considerare è che l’aria condizionata è presente solo nel corridoio, quindi non in tutte le stanze.
