Bad service
1.0− The check in was late. We were supposed to check in at 3 pm as that is the standard time but we were given five hours late at 6 pm as the cleaner told she was cleaning the room. We asked the owner of the room upon the late check-in but the owner did not take the matter seriously and was rude. We paid extra RM70 for the cleaning service.
